Ghanem Group Hospitality Announces Alfi Eatery & Bar - Coming Soon to Everton Plaza

Brisbane-based operator Ghanem Group Hospitality is set to unveil Alfi Eatery & Bar – a sophisticated, family-friendly, large-format restaurant and bar that will open within Park Lane at Everton Plaza, in the city’s north west in mid-2026.

The Everton Park community will be among the first to enjoy the family-orientated Mediterranean debut, as the group looks beyond the CBD with an approachable dining and drinking experience that continues to reflect its reputation for elevated service and culinary excellence.

Alfi will be located on the ground level of the newly developed food and beverage district within the retail and dining precinct. The light-filled 350-seat venue has entrances on both South Pine Road and alongside Everton Plaza’s Stafford Road entrance. The venue will feature a large open kitchen, and an impressive U-shaped bar that flows out to a spacious 200-seat lush al fresco courtyard.

Taking inspiration from the Amalfi Coast, the interiors showcase a soft, neutral palette of light timbers, Italian stone marble, and pastel upholstery, enhanced by curved ceiling features and dining booths fitted with rich curtains that can be drawn for private dining. Throughout the dining room are high, low and communal table settings, alongside bar seating.

The serene palette continues outdoors, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience. A picturesque patio features al fresco dining and a courtyard arbour to evoke a relaxed Mediterranean ambience. 

Covering approximately 800 square metres, Alfi will be Everton Plaza’s largest food and beverage venue – making it a prime spot for group gatherings, family nights out, and less than 10km north of the CBD for those eager to explore the Group’s latest addition.

Ghanem Group Hospitality Director, Adonis Ghanem, said the new, expanded retail, dining and car parks being developed at Everton Plaza created an exciting opportunity to introduce a vibrant new family-centric concept to an established community.

“We’ve been holding this one close to our chest for a few years now, waiting for the right time to start the fitout, which has just begun,” Mr Ghanem said. “This time we venture into the suburbs with a cuisine we’ve been very eager to add to our portfolio, and which is very much-loved by our diners.”

In the past year, Ghanem Group opened Lúc Lắc at Queens Wharf, relaunched Byblós 2.0 at Portside Wharf, renovated the Commercial Hotel Boonah and launched Boonah Brewing Co, and introduced Blackbird Bar Dining & Events into Flinders Lane, Melbourne.
